New Rancho/Skyjacker/Bilstein Stabilizer shock required, $55 for Rancho/Skyjacker or $115 for Bilstein. The original one on your truck will NOT work with this steering upgrade. The oem unit from Dodge is well over 100$ We tried several after market units & prefer either of these over the oem unit.
