Information needed at time of purchase: We at Source Automotive need both a billing address for the credit card you are using as well as shipping address (if different from billing), a phone number and e-mail address for tracking and communication. YOUR BILLING ADDRESS DOES NOT NEED TO MATCH YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Your information will only be used to process your order. All billing/credit card information stays in our secure system to protect from any fraudulent activities.
Source Automotive will not sell or release any customer information. We will use your e-mail address and/or phone number to make sure you are satisfied with your product/s and to keep you aware of any upcoming specials or new products as they become available.

High performance parts and/or services have been designed and intended for off-highway applications only. Installation on a vehicle intended for use on public roads may violate U.S., Canadian, state or provincial laws and regulations including those relating to emission requirements and motor vehicle safety standards.
(NOTE: In California this part may/or may not legally be used only on a racing vehicle which will never be operated on public roads.) In addition, installation of this part may or may not adversely affect the warranty coverage on your vehicle and all risk and liability is born by the purchaser thus relieving any and all obligation of seller.
PERFORMANCE PARTS AND/OR SERVICES ARE SOLD WITH NO WARRANTY BEYOND THAT OF ANY ACTUAL DEFECTS IN THE MANUFACTURING OF THE PRODUCT.
All credit card charges will be run at the time of shipping.
Source Automotive ships products using both UPS and USPS. Just choose your preferred shipping method either on the website or when you are speaking to one of our customer service reps. Source Automotive reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
Most products will ship within 1-2 business days. Backordered, special order, or direct ship items may take longer.

Source Automotive does not manufacture all of the products we carry and therefore do not imply/offer any warranty on any products not manufactured by Source Automotive. All product warranties if any have been offered are at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need any warranty help with a product you purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Source Automotive wants you to be able to shop with confidence. Your 100% satisfaction is our main goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, just return the item with a receipt within 30 days from the date you received your product for a refund, exchange and/or store credit (depending on product condition
). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All product returns and exchanges must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS APPLY TO ALL RETURNS
1) The return must have an RMA# (Return Authorization Number)
2) The return must include a copy of the original invoice.
3) The return must be packaged in an outer carton.
4) The return must have no writing on the product packaging itself.
5) Any returns received without an RMA# will be refused.
6) The return must be made within 30 days of product receipt.
7) Any return/exchange products must be in new, resellable condition, with all boxes, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
8) Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9) The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
10) Shipments that are refused by you, the customer and returned back to Source Automotive will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from total credit.
Look hard, call, and ask questions as we allow NO returns on twin parts, unless the mistake is ours.
Some circumstances in which credit will not be issued include but are not limited to:
1) Product has been installed and/or used.
2) Product has been damaged from an attempt to install and/or use.
Upon receipt, all products will be inspected, and at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of minimum 10% (or more, at our discretion) may apply.
We will not accept any returns/exchanges after 30 days from the date you received your product.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on installed products.
If your order was damaged during the shipping process, you must file a claim with the shipping company as soon as possible. (YOU MUST RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS FOR INSPECTION).
At Source Automotive we are extremely careful when we ship your order and always do our best to always ship the correct product and quantity. Core Return Policy
With many of our products we offer a refundable "CORE CHARGE" at the time of purchase. This generally applies to injection pumps, injectors, torque converters, etc.
A Core charge is a deposit for the value of the core that is paid at the time of purchase. The core charge is refundable after we receive your rebuildable core back.
NOTE: AN ACCEPTABLE CORE IS ONE THAT IS NOT BROKEN OR DAMAGED SO SEVERELY THAT IT CANNOT BE REBUILT TO PROPER OPERATING CONDITION
To receive full core credit all cores must be received within 30 days from date you receive your product, and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, and must be the same model that was purchased. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
